& CONDITIONS
| 1 |
We
at Reliable Testing Service (henceforth, RTS) strive
hard to service our client with sincerity, performing
testing as per stated or implicitly understood standards
& specifications. Relevant condition(s) stated
in the Test Certificate shall apply. |
2 |
Interpretation
& remarks contained in the test reports are
based upon implicit request from client(s) or their
agents. These interpretations are always objective.
As acceptance or Rejection criterion is the sole
responsibility of client(s) or their agents &
as such RTS and their officers, employees or directors
shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
Test reports issued by RTS relates only to the sample/test
piece submitted to RTS for testing. |

Any
discrepancies observed in the test report shall
be brought to our notice immediately upon receipt
or within 1 week. |

Certificate
Amendments: A written request for amendment(s) will
have to be made on the client letter head (or an
Email from an authorized representative). Requested
changes or amendments that are feasible & admissible
only will be made and such decision will be taken
by us which will be binding upon the client. Amendment
tests reports will be on chargeable basis at Rs.
100 per Lab Report/T.C. Original reports along with
the copies MUST be submitted to RTS. |

RTS
preserves tested samples for a period of 15 days
only. Client who desires to take back the balance
of materials and/or tested samples should make their
own arrangements and at their own cost within 15
days to collect them from RTS with prior appointment.
A written request (or an email) from an authorized
person, is mandatory for the request to pick up
the materials and/or tested samples. |

Test
Request: Clients are requested to send all samples/items
for testing to the lab with a test request letter
or on the RTS Lab Test Requisition Form (which can
be downloaded from our website) with a clearly identifying
the test items, specification & tests required.
Unless the tests are mentioned, it will be presumed
that all tests given in the referred specification
are to be performed. |

No
part of the report/T.C. can be reproduced without
prior written (or an email) request and confirmed
written (or an email) approval from RTS. |

Additional
copies of reports shall be provided at Rs. 75 per
Lab Report/T.C. |
9 |
Additional
cutting charges may be levied for high thickness/hard
materials at the sole discretion of the lab. |
10 |
Prices
are subject to change without any prior intimation
or notice. It is expected that clients go through
the price list and conditions before submitting
materials to RTS for testing. Once the material
is tested, invoicing will be done as per price list
prevalent at the time of invoicing. |
11 |
Any
Interpretation of standard/specification/ITP/QAP
or drawings submitted by customer and identification
of the tests will be charged at Rs. 400.00 per standard/specification/ITP/QAP
or drawings. |
12 |
Acceptance
of Terms & Condition: Acceptance of even one
test certificate by the client shall imply that
the client agrees to abide by the terms & condition
mentioned in this document. |
