Mechanical
Testing Services
At RTS, our goal is to provide highly reliable
mechanical testing services. All the equipments used in Mechanical
Testing Services are calibrated annually by a third-party
calibration service provider, who test and certify the yearly
maintenance and calibration of our equipments. These equipments
are also tested by running QAQC samples to ensure quality
of the results.

Metallography
We
carry out mocroscopic examination of metals & weld with
state of art microscope & image Analyser. Analysing grain
size measurment, micrscopic structure as rolled, heat treated,
case depth & structural analysis etc.

gauges.

Chemical
Testing of Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and Aluminum metals by Optical
Emission Spectrometer
At RTS we are known for our accurate & precise
results in metals & alloys testing services. These services
are rendered by us using Optical Emission Spectrometer, Wet
Chemistry and various other latest methods as per the national
and international test standards.
We
carryout microscopic examination of metals and weld with state-of-the-art
microspore and image analyzer. Analyzing grain-size measurement,
microstructures for as rolled, heat rated, case depth and
structural analysis, etc.

Tests
We
have well equipped faclity to carryout I.G.C Tests.
Critical
Corrosion Tests
Our facility has capabilties to carryout critical
corrosion tests specifically developed for off-shore services
and ONGC organizations with up-to-date equipments and instrumentations
giving due consideration to human health and safety as well
as the environment while testing for Hydrogen induced cracking
, sulphide stress corrosion at room temperature as well as
high temperature and elevated pressure, crevice pitting and
CSCC. We are equipped with special Hydrogen Sulfide Gas respirators
(masks) and Gas Detectors with Alarms to notify employees
of leakage to avoid accidents and health hazards. Also, our
testing laboratory is equipped with manifold pipelines with
flow-control valves.
We
are also equipped to carryout Salt Spray Test as per ASTM
B117 Specification. |
